Mrs. K. has really gotten into thrifting so we stopped here during our visit to NWA. I remember when this was a VW dealer. I gave them a one-star review so I'm glad to see this better purpose!

The store is massive and well organized with a huge variety of merchandise. Clothes, of course, but also housewares and jewelry and electronics and toys. I have a new Razorbacks ballcap and Mrs. K. found two nice sweaters and a really pretty bangle.

Some great bargains to be gotten here. Be patient during the holiday season - the queue at the registers was significant!

Solid thrift store. Unfortunately, like many, they are lacking in the men's department. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and everything is clean and well organized.

I just love loading a whole long bed truck with my grandmas stuff, and driving an hour one way to get there at 5:24pm. 36 minutes before the specified closing time. Rediculous. I love the samartian house but not being open until the posted time is unfair to those of us who dont live in town

Best thrift store around. The store is clean and well organized. Their prices are fair and the selection is great.
The staff are friendly and very helpful. They will loan you empty totes to take home and fill with donations to bring back to the store.
Their mission is life changing for so many families in NW Arkansas!!
Highly recommend!

5 star ? thrift store. Large store, clean, well organized and friendly employees. Lots of clothing, shoes ? and various dishes, some furniture, plenty of frames and wall art ?.

I've spent literally thousands of dollars in this store. I love the selection and can always overfill a cart. It's always busy and I don't mind waiting in line at all but yesterday, I went in and wanted some fabric to redo some chairs. It didn't have the width on the tag so I asked if I could open one to see if it was wide enough for my needs. I was told no. Just no. You can't do that. It was rude and a $12 sale was lost over it.
This is my go to to thrift store and I am a business owner and buy a lot of inventory here. It left a sour taste in my mouth and I hope you reconsider that if it's a policy
