Wasn't friendly at all. They didn't even ask if we needed help, greet us, or anything.
Was going to ask about a particular type of shoe I was looking for but employee breezed right past and didn't even look at me.

Got accused of trying to shop lift shoes. W/O the first employee offering to help me in any way or even speaking with me at all. Instead they call the police even though I was still looking through shoes to find the right pair. Be carefull trying on the shoes at this store you might just get arrested. I would leave no stars if I could.

This Shoe Dept. Store is alright, it doesn’t have nearly as much selection as the Shoe Dept. Encore stores but otherwise it’s fine.

July 26 2022 446pm two girls working behind the counter on their phones and wasn't interested in helping. Place is messy.

There shoes are awful. I bought my sons school shoes last month and they have a huge hole on the right one and small holes on the left one. Their policy is to replace them before the 3 months but the manager said she couldn't because I didnt have receipt. But come to find out she replaced one man's because he is a regular customer. And guess what he had no receipt. Hhhmmm...... They lost my business. And the bad thing is the manager says it was because a dog chewed it. Shows what she knows we dont have a dog
