I had an exceptional experience at Jos A. Bank thanks to Dot! She greeted us with a huge smile and maintained a great attitude throughout our visit. Dot was incredibly helpful without being pushy or overbearing. She took precise measurements, brought multiple options, and was honest about the fit. Despite helping us find something in the clearance section, which meant she didn’t even earn a commission, Dot’s dedication and helpfulness never wavered. It was late and probably close to closing time, but Dot still provided outstanding service. If you’re shopping at Jos A. Bank, definitely ask for Dot!

My husband and I visited Jos A Banks store on Saturday, August 31, 2024, in search of a mandarin collar shirt. The sales people appeared busy, as no one asked to help us. We proceeded to look for ourselves. After not finding the shirt, we saw an older woman displaying neckties, and we asked: 1) excuse me, do you work here? and 2) do you sell Mandarin collar shirts? In the rudest manner that I have ever witnessed, and without turning to look at us, she responded with a harsh- "Yes!!" & "No!" We were so insulted that we decided to leave! Sheranda, a salesperson, offered to help us as we were leaving, (thank you so much), but by this time, we knew, although this was our first visit, it was also definitely our last.
We discovered that this rude salesperson's name is Kathy, and although corporate reached out to apologize, we feel as though Ms Kathy needs exposing for her rude demeanor. An attitude of that magnitude , has NO PLACE in dealing with the public. I hope she finds her dream job or place of comfort and joy.

We just had the best experience at Jos a Bank at Brookwood! All the employees asked us if we needed help and Kathy deserves a special shoutout. She answered all our questions, gave advice, and radiated kindness the entire time. Thank you Kathy for making the trip an amazing time! They are ultimately Men Warehouse- same company-but they are three time the cost and Zero service! Custom suits mis-measured and had to be reordered twice and still not delivered!
Service is horrible!!!
Even getting a refund was disastrous!
I had been buying from Jos A. Bank for decades but I will NEVER EVER EVER buy here again!
Save your time and money and just go to Men’s Warehouse.

Let me tell you, don’t bother coming unless Sharanda is there. Walk in and ask for her. She is the most helpful, courteous employee they have at this store. Every other person we’ve encountered knows very little about how a suit should fit or was just incredibly unhelpful and rude. Sharanda is the only reason I am leaving 5 stars.

Recently, I had the challenge of buying a suit for an out-of-state special occasion. Admittedly, I'm not well-versed in the nuances of formal attire, so the task felt daunting. However, my apprehensions were swiftly allayed when I was assisted by two incredible gentlemen - Jeffrey and Eric.

While both were fantastic in their service, I must give special accolades to Eric. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was not only satisfied but also delighted with my purchase. His depth of knowledge in formal attire was evident, and it made the process seamless.

Beyond the technical aspects of suit buying, what truly stood out was the comfortable and friendly environment they created. We shared plenty of laughs, and the entire experience felt more like a friendly interaction than a mere transaction.

To the team, especially Eric, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This store has earned my loyalty, and I look forward to recommending it to others. Thank you, habibi!
