I had an exceptional experience shopping at Shreve & Co. Yuvi is the person who assisted me here. He was absolutely fantastic! I purchased an IWC watch for my husband, and he loves it. When my husband realized the strap was a bit loose, Yuvi kindly helped punch an additional hole, and make sure it fits well. Shreve has quickly become our beloved family jeweler. My husband purchased my beautiful engagement ring from them as well as my push present (also sent me beautiful flowers)! I had a fantastic experience at the Rolex store thanks to Erik. When my wife and I first visited, they didn’t have the watch we were looking for. Erik took the time to take down my contact information and kept in touch with me. My wife wanted a rose gold and steel Datejust with diamonds, Erik was very proactive and dedicated, ultimately helping us find the perfect watch that my wife loves.
