Great Venezuelan food and drink! Staff is very friendly and inviting. The food speaks for itself; very flavorful and delicious. El pabellón in my favorite along with the chicken and avocado arepa...just out of this world delicious! You must order the passion fruit drink!

Cute shopping with boutique stores and restaurants on the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Mentor Avenue. There are nail salons, clothing accessory stores, as well as fast food and some great restaurants on the second floor. Close to the large shopping area on South Lake Avenue. This is a two-story complex with parking on the second level. The entrance to the parking area is from Mentor Avenue.
Great ethnic food places at this location for a quick bite to eat. Definitely worth walking to this location.

2-story business building. It has a restaurant on the corner with a Financial Services (PayDay Advance, Money Gram, etc) next to it then Subway sandwiches next to it, with 2 other businesses on the ground floor. On the top level there is an Italian pizza restaurant with take out if desired, a dentist, along with 2 to 3 other businesses. There is covered free parking accessible on mentor (a one-way street going South), and more parking above via a steep ramp next to the driveway for covered parking which might be for business owners. There is an elevator for those who have difficulty using stairs, and for those with mobility challenges (cane, crutches, walker, and wheelchair). Easily seen at normal driving speed. It is nearly 1/2 block long. It has a painted green artistic decorative steel piece above the top floor, assuming, to make the building to stand out to make it very easy to locate any business that may be there at the time. It is a very busy place. Alot of foot traffic along Colorado Blvd, and car traffic is also very busy for the number of businesses. The only access to the covered parking and the upper levels are available via Mentor Ave just South of Colorado by about 75 feet and on the East side of the street. There are 2 other businesses on Mentor Ave just South of both driveways. The building is a light brown color with a green trim. The staircase on on the East side of the building.

Europane is in this cluster of stores.. a fantastic local bakery, with daily fresh-made specialties. their rosemary and red currant bread is one of my favorites !
