They punched a new hole on my leather watch strap for free! I tried paying for it, but they insisted. In and out of the store in literally 3 minutes. The hole was nicely done as well.

I have come here to get a pair of boots stretched (to accommodate my wide feet) and to replace the heel of my Birkenstocks on separate occasions. They did a great job both times and have reasonable prices, especially for the location, and fast turn-around.

I had terrible experience. I left two pairs of shoes to replace heel pads. They gave me price of 50$ (+-5$) When I got back they hand me one pair where they for some reason glued the sole (which I never asked) and did not replace heel pad. And they tried to argue with me that it was what I asked. I left shoes with them to have the heel replaced. When I got back they demanded 85$ for both pairs of shoes. And again the guy was argumentative. I will never go back to them.

I gave in 2 pair of shoes for cleanup. The cleaning was highly unsatisfactory and I feel I was overcharged for the service. I was given an estimate of $10-15 per pair but was told that they would call me for the exact price before they start cleaning up. I was given a much higher price on phone $25 per pair. I decided to give a shot with only 1 pair. All the white areas of the shoe: the tongue, Adidas stripes, sides of soles are still dirty. Rest of the shoes is black and had some white spots, which they couldn't get rid of either. I don't know what they cleaned in that shoe! I could have done a better job cleaning it myself. 2 stars for returning on time.

I have lived here for 30 years but had never visited the Cobblery. I went in a few weeks ago to get sandals ahead of a trip to Europe. The Taos sandals at the Cobblery are just marvelous. They are as comfortable as Birkenstock but they are more elegant. Just tried a pair on and would not take them off they were so comfortable. The owner is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store! Lots of choices!

I was blown away by how awesome these guys are! I came in for a zipper fix on a jacket and they were so kind, efficient, and crazy quick. Plus the jacket was as good as new afterward and exactly what I needed; the shop is also very lovely and easily accessible. I will bring my shoes for repair here and only here from now on (plus other knickknacks like the zipper hopefully), and HIGHLY recommend that you do the same!

Incredibly kind gentlemen who absolutely made my day! They showed the true spirit of all that is good and neighborly and helped me punch 2 holes in a vintage belt I had purchased from a vintage shop for no charge. I will absolutely be back with my shoes & leather goods!
