This is a nice thrift store run by some amazingly nice people. We found some treasures in here through the merchandise and the mother and son who helped us. Looking forward to our next trip. Josefina was very accommodating and made an impression on us as did her kind son at the front of the store.

Signage shown all white sticker clothing for $1. When I find a fur coat with white sticker and pay. The cashier said it couldn't be $1. She said it was a mistake. She ripped the white sticker off and changed a blue sticker at $39.99. a Asian female employee indicated white sticker inside of store is not $1, outside white sticker is $1.Dishonest business sale practices, do not recommend.

I HAD TO CALL THE COPS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
I walked into this store on Saturday, April 27th and started looking at their books. I looked through all of them and decided to buy a large amount (103 books). I went up to the register and after tallying all the books the total was around $250. I used Apple Pay and their system said “payment accepted” but wasn’t spitting out a receipt. The cashier asked me to try again, so I rang my Apple Pay again and again; the system said “payment accepted” but wouldn’t spit out a receipt. The money was already showing out of my account - both transactions - so about $500. The cashier said he was going to call his boss so he did. The manager on the phone said they didn’t have the funds and to try my card for a third time. Well at this point, I didn’t have the funds in my account to ring it a third time because the previous amounts were already out of my balance. I went from having over $700 in my bank account to less than $200. The manager refused to give me the books I had just paid twice for and said that the charges will drop off later that evening and I would have to come back Monday morning to try the payment AGAIN and get the books.
Both charges went through that evening and they are closed on Sundays so I had no money for the weekend and no one to help me until Monday morning.
I work on Mondays so my husband had to drive all the way to Pasadena to try and figure out what happened. When he arrived, the manager that was on the phone with the cashier on Saturday was working. My husband reminded him of the situation and asked for a refund for the second charge and our PAID FOR merchandise. The manager said they still didn’t have the funds, refused to give my husband our books, and said there was no one he could call. He did not want to even try to help. My husband ended up calling the cops because this business stole our money, didn’t give us what we paid for and didn’t want to help us out in any way. As soon as the cops came, Guess who was able to call the owner of the store and the payment processor to find out what happened? It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that my husband had to call the cops and waste their time when the manager could have just called the owner and the payment processor instead of absolutely refusing to help until the police came.
The funds were being held by the payment processor so they were 100% out of our account. The payment processor had to reverse the funds on their end to get us our money back - something we could not have done or figured out on our own without the manager calling. And we had to CALL THE POLICE in order for him to do that. Also - In order for us to get the books, we had to then pay for a third time before we could walk out of there. The manager said he would contact us when he heard from the payment processor about any changes and we have yet to hear from him (Tuesday, April 30th) and our account is still not fixed. We have rent to pay - we have had other payments bounce because of this. This is theft and it’s unacceptable.
On top of all that, this store is not taken care of very well. They have old, useless junk that is way over priced and not in good condition. It’s like they don’t sort through any donations and just put stuff on the shelves, hoping no one notices how busted it all is.
Terrible experience, terrible management, terrible items. This place needs to be closed down for shady business practices. Save yourself the trouble and NEVER COME HERE.

Not the best revival location I've been to.
Most are much bigger and have furniture along with clothes and odds n ends...
This one is small.
Good deals though.
Bought a pair of sunglasses with a case and a set of Christmas 🎄 bulb ornaments.
All under 10 bucks.

Worth checking out but definitely not the best thrift store around.

Umm most of the stuff here is priced like it’s new when it looks like stuff you would find in a dumpster… how does this place stay in business?
