The nice people! I have bad knee so they ran up and down them stairs. Bringing me wedding gowns to try ! Peaceful atmosphere 5 years ago, daughter in-law got hers there. Now I have found my wedding dress there!! All Styles and come in Plus size as well .. Also plus sizes in stock!!! So us plus size wedding can also try before we buy!!! Thanks y'all are the BEST

My Granddaughter had an appointment at 1:00. Finally at 1:30 we got to go upstairs. She tried on alot of Beautiful dresses with her Mom and Aunt's help. Her Mom didn't get to experience her coming out and the Wow factor or Not the one dress! She was busy trying to help her daughter get into the dresses!! I always thought it was the job of the employee to do that so everyone could have the same experience! The dress she wanted was discovered to have a rip on the side and several buttons missing! She asked if it could be ordered and it couldn't. She asked for a discount on the dress as is, the boss would only give her a 5% discount other than the 10% off automatically given if you come there to buy your dress! It's hard to pay $1200 + on a broken dress!! They lost a sale on it because if they would of discounted it to $1000 out the door she would have bought it and paid the $300 for the fix!!! Sorry not Sorry Quality shop!!

I took my granddaughter to look for a pageant dress and they did not have hardly any. She was rude and snotty. I met another lady at a dress shop later that day and she said she was treated the same and the lady actually followed her out of the store. Rude and I won’t be back.

This was the first store we stopped at while looking for a pageant dress for my niece. We went to 2 others after we left here and ended up back here the same day. The customer service was outstanding. We had 2 different girls helping us and they were amazing, but everyone that was working took notice and gave their input. The quality of their dresses was amazing as well. Great shop! Would definitely go back if we needed something in the future!

The employees were so helpful. They weren't ready to just make a sale. They wanted my granddaughter to have the perfect shoes and dress for her. I know that because of their help she will be absolutely beautiful in her dress and shoes on Saturday night!
Thank y'all so much for your input and assistance. After experiencing their courtesy, we wouldn't have went anywhere else!

The owner is extremely helpful and did such a wonderful job making us feel comfortable in her shop. She was very patient and kind, even when we tried on the same dress three different times! We purchased a wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress from her and were very pleased with the quality of the dresses, as well as the service and attention we received during our appointment. Highly recommended!

WE had a bridal appointment made with a consultant/owner/ not sure she never properly introduced herself. Once she showed us upstairs to the dresses she excused herself for a phone call she had to take. She returned about 45 minutes later and chastised our group like we were children saying we were in the wrong area for trying on dresses. We were never assisted as she was on her phone call and assumed that you would go to the more secluded part of the "dressing room" verses being in full view of the outer portion of the room. Yes, we were the only ones in the store at the time but, is this how you would normally conduct business? Also when we assisted the bride and then attempted to put all the dresses back in the bag we once again were "in trouble". Yet were were left to do everything ourselves with no instruction besides only bring four in at a time. She told the bride one thing considering the dress alterations then when she was questioned by someone else in the group she immediately changed her previous opinion. Was she just trying to get more money? There were very few dresses to choose from and several of the ones that were tried on smelled horrible with one even having make-up on it. She never recommended any accessories to complement the dress. Bottom line terrible service, choices, an accommodations. She made snide remarks and showed zero enthusiasm for this special day. An ultimately lost a sale due to such poor service.
