One of my best memories is the day she helped pick my winning gown for Mrs. Arkansas! She also helped dress me for Mrs. America and I truly had never felt more beautiful! If you need someone that can help you decide on what the perfect dress is… look no further! Every experience at Buffie’s is the beautiful! From casual attire and cocktails, to interview dresses and competition gowns… she can do it all!

I have been shopping for formal gowns with Buffie and her staff since she first opened for business. I have met many mothers and grandmothers who travel for hours across state lines to shop and be styled by this team! The gowns are extraordinary and there is a perfect dress for everyone, regardless of your budget. It is no wonder that Buffie dresses celebrities, dignitaries and pageant winners! Plan on spending a little extra time when shopping at Buffie’s because in high demand seasons there may be lines down the sidewalk! The dress rules are in place so that every girl gets a chance to pick their dream gown. I promise! It’s worth it!

One of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in a store. Not to mention this is not the first time I have had a horrible experience with horrible customer service here. ZERO STARS
My friend and I are shopping for a bridesmaid dress, this is our first stop. When we walked in, we were asked to sign in and then asked a series of 100 questions. I answered that we did not know what we were looking for and just wanted to look around. He continued to ask me questions and then got frustrated when we told him that we just wanted to look around, we’ve been here before and just want to see options. I told him that he was stressing me out the way he was asking me questions. After being incredibly judgmental, we finally got away from him.

As my friend and I looked around at the options, he walked over to us and proceeded to tell me how I was rude to him and that he was meant to help us. I told him that I was sorry, I did not intend to be rude, just express how uncomfortable he made me. After pointing a finger at me and calling me rude several times, he walked away. We immediately left.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were incredibly uncomfortable and felt unwelcome as soon as we walked in. This felt like a literal nightmare

Here’s something to consider, not everyone wants help. Not everyone wants to answer a series of questions before shopping. Some people just want to be left alone while shopping. Dress shopping can be stressful enough for some people as it is, but this type of Customer service adds to the anxiety.

Again, this is not the first time I have shopped there and felt like the staff was judgmental and rude. I tried to give it another chance today, however I will NEVER make that mistake again.

Visited Buffie today to take a look at her selection of Ashley Lauren dresses and looking for a specific style! She was super helpful, honest, and she had my dress in multiple colors. She will be the place I use for my next adventure’s dress! Alexis was so gracious as well as professional! Go by there and check out the hundreds of dresses.

Our favorite dress shop, top notch customer service. HOCO was our first time having to purchase a dress and my daughter was not looking forward to the process but they made it such a positive experience! They were very welcoming the minute we walked in making her feel so comfortable and at ease. We have now purchased her second dress for prom and we were not disappointed, always impressed with how attentive and helpful the staff is. It’s just a great vibe when you walk in and we won’t shop anywhere else!?

The workers here KNOW what they are doing. We didn’t have to go through many for them to bring me the perfect dress. It fit perfectly, gorgeous cut, and had more than I could ask for. They were super sweet and helpful and I definitely will be coming back!

We went there over the weekend to find a specific dress they showed online and ended up going somewhere else. When we walked in, we signed in and the showed the associate the dress. She walked off like she was going to grab it. After about 15 minutes, we went to find her. She was busy talking to co-workers and looked annoyed when we asked again. She said “we don’t have that.”
So, we went on a hunt for an alternative dress. When we asked a different associate if they another one in a different size, she also didn’t want to be bothered to see and told her to try it on anyway (even though it was 3 sizes too big). We were just very turned off by the condescending attitudes. Luckily we ended up finding the perfect dress at a different boutique.
