I bought a bodysuit for $55 , which is pricier than one u could find at Dillards or elsewhere, and the jewels were easily falling off as I put it on at home. Went back since it said they do returns within 14 days, but they only give store credit. I didn’t really want anything else from there, but I exchanged for a cheap sparkly purse & still had to pay more ($10 extra). It’s far too expensive for Ali Express items, sorry I said it. I liked it bc the clothes are expressive and fun, but you MUST have quality items to survive. I’ll change my review if that ever changes.

I used to swear by this store. This is the second time something like this has occurred. The first time was when my sister who came into town and spent $70 on an outfit that ended up having a janky zipper and was unable to get her money back. I was attending an all white party and only need this outfit for one event. I get home and the zipper is literally in shreds. I called the store manager to be polite and he reiterated that they only do exchanges. If your products are defective, you need to be refunding money not offering exchanges for more poor quality clothing. This thing looks like a tore up mattress cover. They get away with selling poor quality clothes at high prices because they’re convenient and there’s almost nothing else out there. With that being said, try on EVERYTHING. Do not leave that store without proper inspection.

I was disappointed in learning the stores return policy when returning an item. Evidently, you can only return within 14 days. The item was to small and I only wanted to exchange. Was told can only get the same item since it was past 14 days purchased but couldn't get my money back or store credit.. Which was fine but the store didn't have the size. And then yet declined again when I asked for something of equal or less value. My advice, they should be explaining their return policy at checkout.

I came in yesterday for some birthday shopping. I knew I wanted to switch it up, but I never know what looks good on me & would kill to have another woman giving me a second opinion. I found that here. From the moment I walked in the door Dori was amazing! She helped me choose several several outfits, helped me decide which ones looked good, made me feel beautiful & cared about. That really made my day. It felt like I was shopping with my best friend & less like she works there. I will definitely be back & I really look forward to it. I have mixed feelings about RK, last year this was my all time FAV store. went in the other day, the things I loved are no longer there & no one knows what I was describing..... and the shirt I purchased wasn't very good quality. washed it 1x and it looks 10years old covered with fuzz balls. ( it was washed by itself) not sure if ill be going back. I can get the same low quality at any local boutique and not have to drive as far.

My daughter was looking for a special outfit for New Year's Eve and was dissatisfied with the offerings at the malls. I took her to RK and she immediately fell in love with the store. She not only found the perfect New Year's Eve outfit, but also some fabulous pieces for other occasions. Plus we earned coupons and rewards cash! This boutique is a gem! We will be back often!

Used to love RK but I probably wont be going to their tent "sales" anymore (if thats what you call it). Everything I bought was pretty much $15 and over. Also not saying there weren't items less than $15 BUT what I liked was pretty much retail priced. I bought three things and spent $70+. Suggestion: Have a sale thats worth going too.
Also the checkout girls talk way too much to each other and not to the actual customer. Took forever to ring up three items.

In response to owner: I'm not sure where you're getting that I paid $60 when my bank account states that you all took out $71.29. So are you not including tax there or is there a $10 bill I'm supposed to be receiving ? I count taxes with all my purchases.
