Amazing selection, pretty good prices. Staff are always sociable and welcoming but give you space to look around by yourself. Derek is so sweet and kind ! I love coming here ? even just to look around, it always uplifts me. It's really well organized and tidy too.

Such a wonderful place to discover things you didn't know you needed - hazardous for doting grandparents! They're very friendly too- maybe one of the last Hallmark stores in Little Rock? I hope they never leave

I purchased a few cardstock invitations from the Crown shop. Though they have unique gift options their customer service toward me sucked. There were two sales ladies in the embroidery/ stationary area & neither greeted me as I entered the store. The older lady went to a customer that she may have been acquainted with personally and discussed what types of items she was looking for & for what occasion and eventually gave her opinions as to was types of invitations she may use....mind you, I came to that area around the same time and still had not been greeted. I figured out where the stock designs were and picked out my selection. Just as I was about to leave, the sales lady asked if I needed any help. The other woman only rang me up after I asked her if I had to go to the front of the store to purchase my invitations. I've purchase invitations here before and experienced excellent customer care.... I don't know what was the cause of their inattentiveness today.

This shop is ahh-mazing. A great place to shop for gifts for your family and friends, as well, for yourself. The staff are really friendly and helpful. You can browse and window shop for hours. Some many items to see and choose from. My go-to place for gifts. They have something for mom, dad, sister, brother, in-laws, hubby, wife, niece, nephew, kiddos, friends, co-workers, you name it...anyone and everyone!

Had a gift card from Hallmark. It showed the balance on it as $100 and they wouldn’t take it. Said something was wrong with the machine but it took my credit card. BEWARE OF GIVING HALLMARK GIFT CARDS SINCE THEY WON’T ACCEPT THEM.

This is my favorite place to shop for a gift. Besides having a large selection of greeting cards, they always have a nice variety of soaps, lotions, clothing, decorative items, and many other quality pieces. The employees are always helpful if you have any questions or need a suggestion. I always leave the store happy with my purchases.

Hands down the best place to shop for the latest and unique gifts. Their customer service is unbeatable and I might be biased, but Sharon Allen is the heart and belly laughs of the store! But it has to be said, from owner to all employees I have dealt with are just wonderful! Highly recommend!

Wow! There's a HUGE inventory of mice items in many price ranges and the employees are fantastic. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and, even though it was just 2 days before Christmas, there were like 20 of them and all were just as friendly as could be. Impressive!! Wonderful place!
