My girlfriend went here. Her stylist was Braylie . She didn’t feel like the stylist took her request seriously or performed to expected standards. She was unsatisfied with her result. Given the quantity that was paid, we believe a higher attention to detail and adherence to the inspiration should have been respected.

The specific issue comes from the fact that the haircut resembles a common generic theme demonstrated by stylist. Which highlights her inability and/or lack of attention to detail to the specific clients wants.

No ratings besides a zero. I went in today to get highlights and the lady asked me about my hair. It had been 8 months since a box die had been placed on my hair. There is absolutely no damage to my hair at all. She refused to do anything to my hair. No highlights no cut no color no trim. 100 % would not help me in any way. My hair is in excellent condition. I had money for my service. Also Would not find another person that would or could help me in any way. Very unprofessional very rude.

Called right when they opened and they had day of available appointments! I had a hair emergency and needed something right away. My daughter has been wanting bangs for awhile too so I added her to the appointment! We were greeted by friendly staff! The salon was clean and beautifully set up. I don’t get a chance to go into the boutique but my daughter did and she loved it! Julie was our stylist and we enjoyed our time with her. She was knowledgeable, on time and was so nice! We’re new to town so she gave us some great places to to see and eat! Michael and another stylist even talked with us! Great staff, and again beautiful salon! We will absolutely be back for future cuts and styles! Thank you Bliss for saving the day and making my daughter feel amazing about her new style!

Kim did a great job with my stacked bob & highlights. Cut longer first but after blowing out I wanted more cut and she did it for me. Took time to explain the ways to wear it and how to style for changes.
