My Experience Was Horrible! I Usually Order Hair Online Or Go Out Of Town, But In This Case I Decided To Support A Local Business. Well, I Went Into The Store Around 12:30, While I Was There I Asked An Associate What Time Does The Store Close, The Associate Said 6. I Told An Associate I Would Be Back Before Closing, I Proceeded To Leave The Store Because I Wasn't 100% Sure What Kind Of Hair I Needed. I Went Back To Work And Receive Messages Telling Me What Hair Was Essential For My Desired Hairstyle. As Soon As I Got Off Of Work, I Rushed To The Hair Store Before It's Closing Time. To My Surprise The Store Was Closed Before 5:30! I Think That It Is Very Unprofessional For A Business To Not Only Have Associate Telling Customers That The Store Closes At Six When In Reality It Doesn't, But For The Business To Have Signs That Say Closing At 6:30. This may Not Seem Lime A Very Big Deal, But It Is Especially When Paying Customers Are Under The Impression That The Store Closes At 6. Not Only Did I ock Out Early To Get To The Store Before Closing, But I Also.Missed My Appointment And INOW have To Walk Around Looking Crazy All Because The Store Closes Way Before Its Posted Closing Time. If Ybe Store Is Not Going To Close At 6:30 Then The Sign Needs To Be Taken Down And Changed And The Associates Should Tell The Customers The Right Time!

everything is overpriced . The lady i spoke to about a wig lied about the hair type, and she lied about the lace. when i came to return after being lied to they refused to take it back .

They have relocated. The new place has lots of space and you can see everything better.
