‼️ SCAMMER ALERT‼️ I purchased two faulty disposable vapes here and I have only been here three times LOmf’nL!
First one was a flum pebble that started freaking out after a few days. It was smoking on its own and leaked oil all over my pocket. I took it back and the owner (so shady) said he can’t do anything. I tried flum and they told me they stopped distributing the pebble two years ago….. so I just ate the loss and decided to go to Zillion (very professional and classy store) instead. NBD.
Two days ago I went to zillion but they were closed so I decided to go back to SGV to purchase a flum mellow. The display was not the right display on the vape but it worked… for two days. It was losing battery FAST, so I charged it and started the day with 98% (it wouldn’t charge to 100%?) by 10 am it was out of battery so I charged it and it went dead 💀. I went back and the same unpleasant man was there that told me to kick rocks with my pebble. I told him what happened and just like last time he started with the excuses about how it’s not his responsibility. In the end he threw my money back at me and told me to go somewhere else 🤭. He said I always have problems but I have only been there three times and two of them were defective products. The employees (not the owner) were cool and they helped me with a pleasant demeanor but the owner just emits really shady bad vibes. I will support other stores that actually do something for their customers. I’m convinced they’re selling old wholesale inventory and fake stuff.

It's my local smoke shop. Owner's cool as hell. Staff's been great. Been as in past tense. I have to go elsewhere now. Last several times at the register been just awful. The current morning worker's lack of etiquette made me loose unusual joy of "going to the smoke shop" and the convience of short travel. When I mention several times I'm not talking about once or twice. More like closer to 10 times. Not a great feeling before starting a session. Even now that I go other shops cuz that saddening felling exiled from smoke shop down the street.

One of the best smokeshop’s in the SGV!! Been coming here for about 7 years, they never disappoint and they carry every product you may need for your smoking necessities. They have a very great and nice hospitality staff as well. Khalil is very helpful, knowledgeable and their service is A1!!! Always a great time coming back here, thank you guys!

Person at the counter was helpful and offered insights and honest opinions on his inventory. Was willing to take the time and explain the different varieties and flavors of hookah. He had a wide variety of flavors and add-ons and they seemed priced reasonably.

Even gave me a small discount.

But most importantly the prices seemed relatively reasonable and I didn't feel like I'm being gouged.

Before I left the owner (?) Said that he wants me as a repeat customer and doesn't want it so that I buy once and never come back. Sounds like good sense to me.

Definitely a great place to go for all your smoking needs. I found a wide variety of glass pieces and papers. Would recommend this spot to anyone in the sgv area. Friendly staff great prices

It's a small shop in a strip mall, but it's well stocked with a nice selection of products. They have product knowledge, and most of all their prices are great. Unlike most shops, you probably won't find it cheaper online, especially with the nicer products like PAX. Not a wide selection, but not a lot of junk either.

Impressed. The worker who helped me was prompt and seemed very knowledgable about the industry. I called in ahead to see if they carried any American waterpipes under $100 and the worker who answered informed me they did and off the top of his head was able to provide me with a handful of artist names which made me feel very confident I would finally find what I was looking for here. Maybe I just haven't been looking in the right places (and don't want to order online) but it has been difficult for me to find a waterpipe anywhere under $100 that's not made in China. Very happy with my purchase and will be returning. Thank you!
