Small parking lot. Guy says they’re not accepting donations. There was no sign to say they were closed. I had two shopping bags full of items. He refused to accept any more items. Says we should call first. I’m sorry I didn’t know we had to call before arriving. There were no signs or notices on Yelp or Google when I checked their hours. Extremely inconvenient and annoying. If you’re open, you should accept donations. Especially when there was no sign on the door.

They never email me the receipt. When I said I can write it down the guy rejects right away, very Fishy and questionable! I just wonder Where are my donation went?! My Expensive clothes , computers and tablets…sport goods …..I have been noticed this problem for few years and Corp phone could never reach to a live person! Hope the Corp catch this and do something about it.

Please be sure to call ahead to ensure they are not full. Otherwise they won’t take your donation. I went to the San Gabriel location which sucks. They literally just watched you unloaded boxes/bags. They won’t lift a finger to help.

I took my donations yesterday. After I took the first bag in, the person handling came to help me for the rest. I did not have to ask him which I thought it was really nice of him. The only think that sometimes I struggle is the parking situation.

No help by staff. Had a terrible time donating here. I had things I needed help bringing down and was told I could not get any help. I’ve been to many goodwill and never had such terrible experience. Definitely won’t donate here again. Was also told my receipt had to be emailed. Very inconvenient place save yourself the time and don’t go there.

Worker walked out to meet me and was very clear with the donation process. Good location for a quick drop off. Small parking lot though but you can park near Clearman's if you're just running in and out.

This is my go-to branch for donating. The parking lot is tiny but I always find room to drop things off. It is much easier than at the branch at Altadena and Foothill which has a big store attached. Go to that one if you want to buy something.
