Open, but not open? This isn't the first time this has happened. Homie's is supposed to be a UPS package pickup location as of 10/24/24. My UPS package was dropped off there. Their sign outside says they're open until 10pm and there's an "Open" sign. Google business listing says they're open until 9pm. However, it's only 7:45pm and they're closed. But, there's an unattended candle burning. Super safety hazardous there.

Horrible service. Waiting in the a.m. while rushed for work because they were not open and showed up 20 mns late. They close early at times, like 10 mns before. But mainly, they have their lights on, the TV on, the sign says nothing about lunch/dinner breaks and states open FROM/TO (10 pm) and no one is there. You call and get a voice mail. You pound on the door and no one comes. It says Open in the window but they are closed and you just stand there like an idiot for 10, 15, 20 mns and cannot get your package!! UNSAT!!! Went back twice during work lunch break and same FRUSTRATING ISSUE! Tons of similar complaints on Google AND Yelp about that issue with this place. Will never go back.

Nice and safe place to get your UPS packages delivered. Don’t speak a ton of English but has never been an issue when picking up packages. Only downside is sometimes they’re not there during “hours” of operation which can be super frustrating.

Awful. Avoid doing UPS package pick ups here, if at all possible. I waited for an hour when they were supposedly open. Others were also waiting and said they close whenever they feel like it. UPS do better!
