Terrible and non existant customer service. Their website lies- they have no phone support, no email support, and a chat support that has no answers and can do nothing to help you. They charge a “processing fee” for returns and their website is glitchy and dysfunctional. If anything goes wrong, there is no one to talk to at all. For a company that has the nerve to charge $200 for a cheaply made top this is unacceptable. Do not buy from them.

I was told by a neighbor that Nation LTD had good quality face masks for sale (apparently their daughter has a connection with the company) so I place an order and received five masks. While the timeframe was far longer than I would have wanted, the masks were good quality and comfortable to wear.

Several weeks after receiving the order, I decided to purchase five additional masks so that I would always have a sufficient quantity. I placed the order as before and within 24 hours received a confirmation email indicating that I would be notified when the items shipped. When more than three weeks had passed and no delivery, I contacted Nation LTD and was informed that I had, in fact, placed the order as a donation and would not be receiving any masks. I explained that this was a mistake on my part and that any confusion that existed was exacerbated by the receipt of an email regarding shipping.

I was told, rather bluntly, that that was my problem and not theirs. They made it clear that they had no intention of making this right.

I fully understand that mistakes can be made -- by both consumers and manufacturers -- but for a business to be so indifferent to their customers as to not offer any possible remedy is unacceptable.

I LOVE their clothes. The quality is amazing and their style is on point. I ordered three pair of pants and I swear they were at my doorstep the next day. Might have been two days, but that’s how fast it felt. I am so happy I found this brand. Will definitely order more! Thank you!
