Purchased the Knockbox 100 and the Dutch Crown device. The Dutch crowned device has sped up production 100 fold and we are now producing upwards of 2,000 pre-rolls a day with one person using pre-processed material. Highly recommend!

I love using the rollers because I can’t roll but they break after a while and if you buy the replacement parts the roller doesn’t work the same I really wish they would lower the cost of these rollers and the papers are 3.00 bucks a piece 😡 you might as well buy shells…finally I bought two rollers and 7 packs of paper and with the shipping 104.00!!! 🤬🤬🤬 why?!?!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Knock Box controller wasn't working. We contacted and at first they said they'd take care of us. and then the next person said it was out of warranty and we had only used the product for less than a months work. We had to pay $300 for a new controller shipped. Adriana wouldn't clearly communicate about how to pay so we had a handful of employees un able to work for several days after I provided Adriana with my CC details. They still haven't communicated about shipping the new item so Ive had to send people home for the week. Extremely poor communication. Extremely poor quality product and extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed to have spend nearly $10k with them and get treated like this.

I wanted to express to you my thanks for one of your team members professionalism as a Client Relations Specialist. I met with Jeremy Nickel at CANACON at the Futurola Booth where he was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. He embodies how we want all of our employee customer interactions to go. I explained how I had ordered some replacement skins from your online site. 1 arrived partially cracked at the seam and the 2nd broke at the seam a week later. I told him I just stopped using it because I just couldn't find myself spending anymore time on it. He immediately said wait here Sir! and promptly went to the back of the booth and came back with a complimentary roller. Kudos to Jeremy Nickel and his entire chain of command. That is how business is done, taking care of the customer. 5 Stars.
