As a woman shopping for a vehicle on my own, I usually find the process stressful, but Evan and Ed made me feel at ease. They were both friendly and never pressured me. I mentioned I needed a few days to make a decision, and they respected that by not bombarding me with calls. When I returned a few days later to make the purchase, they quickly secured a loan with the terms I wanted. There were a few things I requested to be replaced on the Jeep, and they put it in writing, fulfilling all their promises within two weeks of the sale. I want to thank them for their kindness and honesty.

Avoid this dealership at all costs! When I first bought the car and was looking at it seemed completely fine, last owner had barley touched it. The owner, Ed, knowingly sold me a lemon, and just weeks after driving off the lot, I started experiencing serious issues. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told it would cost me $10,000 to fix. And Toyota of El Cajon had records of the engine having some problems but was never on record at diamond auto. I reached out to the dealership for assistance, but instead of helping, Ed was dismissive and unprofessional. This place does not stand by its sales or customers—Good rule of thumb, NEVER buy from small dealers. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

BUYER BEWARE.
Always keep in mind that any car lot is not there to make friends a give money away. All of them will try to get the most money from you. It’s your job to pay attention to every detail and I didn’t. By law any person or business selling a used vehicle they have to provide a smog certificate.. well they did the only problem is that that put the charge in the contract. So make sure of all the extra charges. I got an average or fair deal but that experience does leave a bad taste.

Evan is a good honest man Helping my family get a perfect car and helped us even when we had bad credit and got us a good Lexus for cheap! But that's not all, his car gallery is amazing and all his employees are good wonderful people and someone speaks Spanish in there too! Very high quality cars and beautiful jeeps and trucks ready to get leased or purchased low milage and all of them are cleantitle!

I wasn't really needing a new vehicle but then I found a vehicle online that I needed to see.

Evan was my sales expert from the start. He responded to my online inquiry in a timely manner, responded to my request for additional pictures on demand and answered all of my questions. It wasn't until I walked on to Diamonds Auto Sales lot that I pulled the trigger.

I alerted Evan that I was on my way to look at the vehicle. As I arrived on the lot, Evan met me outside with keys in hand. He answered all of my questions while allowing me to justify my reasoning for a new vehicle in my head. After our test drive I was sold on the idea of taking the vehicle home.

After asking a ton of questions regarding warranties, financing and the maintenance of the vehicle. Evan commended me on my thoroughness in making sure I had all of the answers to my questions to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase.

Where do I even start First of all Evan the Owner and Travis the salesman are great, very transparent when it came to all the paperwork and options, and very accommodating on electronic payment methods unlike many other places I've been to.
