On 12/6/24, I dropped off my BMW to complete two recalls. On 12/9 got a text saying car would be ready on 12/11/24. On 12/11/24, I called to verify it was ready. I was told by service advisor he would let me know by end of day the status of my vehicle. Car was not ready on 12/11/24. I did not get a call. Got a text at the end of 12/12/24 Thursday there will be an update on 12/16. On 12/16/24, I called for an update with no answer from service advisor with no answer. I got a text from advisor at 3:30PM letting me know there was delays in parts and personnel. This is understandable but ETA for my car service completion…. Unknown. The advisor said he would call next day with more info. On 12/17/24, I received no call. I called on 12/18/24 and ask to speak to manager as I was frustrated with the lack of communication. I was transferred to another advisor instead of a manager. The advisor refused to provide a number for a manager because that’s the instructions from management. As he put it “talk to them about it, call the main line.” Finally got a hold of the SERVICE manager who showed ZERO compassion or empathy for my situation. He believed I was trying to get someone in trouble and pretty sure the staff had already pinned me as the bad guy. Poor dealership victims. Anyway, I explained what happen (all the above) and offered zero resolution or apology. He said he would look into it and call me back. No regards to what I had been through or timeline for my vehicle to be ready. I finally got my vehicle back and it was dirty and not washed worse condition I brought it in. I hope that I have no issues with the work completed for the recalls, as there is no trust in this place. I would never bring my BMW back to this place and if management reads this know that the type of attitude starts at the top and it shows in this place.

Wow. Just wow. Henry my salesman and Shady the finance manager, and the GM really made things happen even in the most difficult of situations. Never have I felt treated so well and fairly than at this dealership on my car deal. They pulled out all the stops to get me into a payment I could afford with a car I absolutely love. Props to the used car buyer too for finding a great buy in my new 2020 Arteon SEL R-Line. Honest, fair, respectful and very generous. Thank you for your kindness and empathy in my situation. Had a very positive experience at the Service Center here. I was able to call and get service scheduled the next day with Daniel Luker and they reserved a courtesy vehicle for me. Daniel thoroughly explained the extended warranty service action process, and I knew what to expect.

Igor, the service technician, was able to reproduce my issue and got BMW to sign off on the warranty service and I got my car back the same day.

I'll be coming back when I need service again in the future.

I purchased a used car from BMW of El Cajon for my son. The process could not have been easier. Henry Wang responded to my email and made an appointment for the same day. He answered all my questions, and accompanied me on a test drive. We sat down and I told him what I thought was a reasonable price. After a short negotiation with his manager we agreed to a fair price. He even arranged for delivery of the car clean and fully gassed up. There was never a pushy sale and I would be happy to work with him again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish with Randy Grams at BMW of El Cajon. I told Randy he could now add the term unicorn hunter to his resume after he was able to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted at a terrific price. The dealership is beautiful and all people interacted with from tech assistance to finance were friendly and professional.
