I like the clothing brand, but the employees were not helpful and the dressing rooms are absolutely disgusting. See pictures attached of PILES of dust I found in multiple fitting rooms. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years.

Cute clothes. Intentionally misleading sales prices.

Asked a worker to explain the semi-annual sale prices. Worker said "additional 60% off anything with a price that ends in .99". Got to the checkout and actually the "some exclusions apply" means only "60% off pants."

The restroom is absolutely disgusting. Worse than a gas station. I was shopping in Soma - sister store to Loft- and when I checked out I asked about a restroom. Soma rep told me to go nextdoor to Loft. Loft rep was very nice, but the restroom was horrible. Everything was very dirty.

The staff at the Summit Ann Taylor store know how to provide great customer service. I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. As I looked and shopped someone would offer assistance. Catherine was a huge help finding and recommending the right cut according to body shape, as I was buying for my daughter who was not with me. Lauren rang up my order. She offered a gift receipt and wrapped my purchases separately from my gifts. Other customers were being helped also and the positivity and efficiency of the staff seemed to spread throughout the store. All in all the it was an extraordinary shopping experience!

Awful customer service. I only shop here because I like the brand. At my last visit I stood several minutes at the counter while the manager went over what sounded like the previous weeks sales numbers with an associate. Both of the looked at me. Neither verbally acknowledged me. When the associate finally asked me if I was ready to check out she seemed to be quite irritated. Not sure if by me or her manger. It’s pretty much the same at every visit over the past year.

I love Loft this was my first time to this store. It was as horrible no one said hello. The associate ignored me if I didn’t need clothes for a new job I would have left without purchasing anything.
