Friendly and helpful. I walked in on a Saturday late afternoon and there were three people working and all were busy with other customers. They were all closing sales while also helping potential buyers look at cars. I knew what car I wanted and was ready to drive it home and despite how busy they were all three helped me look at cars, assist with test driving and then closing the sale. They made sure I understood the process and answered all of my questions. I left close to their closing time and while I was signing paperwork they were cleaning and making sure their work area was tidy. Nonstop, hard working, knowledgeable individuals work at this lot and they take very good care of their customers.

Finally a car dealership that treated me like a human being. I stopped by to check out a car I saw online and took it on a test drive. There was no sales pressure. I was helped by Annie and Bob. Both were really nice and low key. Bob was very kind and helpful . Anna was a joy and made buying a car exciting and fun. Great car, great price and wonderful service. Had a great experience working with Matthew and the manager, Annie. I felt they were genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Both Matthew and Annie were friendly, straightforward, and honest throughout the entire process.

Matthew, in particular, stood out for his transparent approach. He carefully assessed what, for me, were the positives and potential negatives of the vehicle I was interested in, which I appreciated. It was clear he wasn't trying to gloss over any issues and was providing a fair and honest evaluation of the car.

I also appreciated the time they gave me to thoroughly test drive the vehicle. This allowed me to get a real feel for whether it would suit my needs, and they never rushed or pressured me into making a decision. I left with the impression that they are genuinely focused on helping customers find the right vehicle, rather than just making a quick sale.
