Convenient location and kind staff. They have all your WIC needs plus items available for donations. You received a free item for every purchase. There items are fresh and you'll find a variety of produce and fruit. They maintain their product in appropriate refrigerators and items are easily visible. The ladies are very helpful and provide assistance with gathering items or you may gather them yourself. It was very helpful to have this store available during my stay in El Cajon.

Let me start if i'm saying I love this location! Janeth and rosa, Always greet me with a smile. They make me feel so welcome. They always go out of their way to help me. I've been to other wic locations in the past, and didn't get this Type of service. Keep up the good work ladies!

This is the only WIC I have been going to for the past 10 years!!! I’ve tried a few other ones here in East County and I just don’t like them. Janet is by far the sweetest person I have ever met. She’s so helpful and takes care of business there. All the ladies there are amazing. Every time I go they greet me as soon as I step a foot in the door and they help me to my car. I will continue to recommend this location because they are friendly, helpful and the the store is super clean.

Helida is perfect! When every time I come I am always greeted and assisted more than I could be even describe. I absolutely adore her presence 🙂 my experience has always been such a pleasant one. I always come here to shop for my wic products because they honestly have such a great selection. When I first started coming the customer service was great and then it started going down hill.
One of the workers had a really nasty attitude towards me then switched her tone when she realized she was being too rude. Unfortunately, I'm not too sure I'll be back after this. The whole point of shopping at a non grocery store really is customer service. I prefer a wic store over a standard grocery store because in my experience they've always been a lot more welcoming to having a wic card.

I remember driving by this location by the post office in El Cajon so I decided to call to make sure they were still open and to see if they carry a certain product. Phone answered right away and my question was answered. I drive to the store and was immediately greeted by Helido
( hope I spelled it right) she welcomed me and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She helped me maximize my list by explaining and showing me what I was able to get. The store was clean and neat and organized . The produce was fresh. I have been to other wic offices and they had rude employees and dirty stores. This location is a hidden gem. Thank you to Helido, Rosa and Janet!!

They sell to the general public as well. Very good pricing on fresh fruits and vegetables everything they sell is healthy. I’m a staff so helpful and so nice! 🙂
