What an awesome store here in El cajon. The parking is close to the main entrance which is a plus for handicap drivers. The staff is so awesome from the cashier, meat department and produce workers. Fresh fruits and veggies excellent prices I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends total worth it.

They offer a great selection of goods. If you are looking for tortillas, a quick meal, or Mexican candy, this is the place to go. It is very clean. Parking is out front. They have many items from Oaxaca

Seems like there is a small business farmers market on every block in El cajon. Standing out against so much competition is hard woth out having several major chain grocery stores on the same street.

As farmer's market types go, this one seemed good. Great pricess on meats, decent enough selection of fresh foods. No big crowds of people, and really nice staff.

If your looking to avoid crowds, want fresh foods, support small businesses, or just don't like the corporate machine give this place a try. I will definitely shop here more often.

I come here for the candy and the tamales! I recommend the chicken and pork tamales. I personally didn’t like the beef one as much because it had a lot of peppers and was a little too dry for me. But the other ones are great—especially the pork, and I rarely even like pork. And only $3 a piece!!

Diego's is now called Mi Angel Market. It is a good carnicería (butcher shop) and convenience store. They have piñatas and lots of Mexican items. Their prepared food is really good too. Great small business to support. We love their pollo preparado.

Amazing place with a lot of piñata’s produce deli and full-service kitchen with great Carne Asada burritos!!!! Very little oil and all great meat!!! You feel like you’re walking into Mexico and great customer service from all the employees I think about 6 of them answered my questions perfectly regarding the types of cookies and candy etc. They also have a panderia and a tortilleria. Thank you for being in El Cajon saved me trips to TJ!!!!

As much as I wanted to give it a 5 because I like it close by . Since it is under a new ownership it has changed they don't have all the merchandise they used too. The meat department has improved and looks good to me. Hopefully it gets better.
