My son and I needed a last minute suit for his school dance so I remembered The Elegant Man. I pass by it all the time but I never thought that I would step foot in there. From the moment we entered the store, Mike was super enthusiastic about helping us. He got my son measured and in a suit in NO TIME! He was so kind to us and most of all, honest! Here in El Cajon for the first time to attending a family friend's wedding! My friend is getting married tomorrow & I didn't have a suit. I just googled a random tailor in hops that I am not stranded and have to skip the wedding. I entered the store and was immediately given 5-star service. The selection of suits is vast, made with high quality material and several styles. Mundher took excellent care of me and tailored the suit perfectly/to my liking! He saved the day! The prices are extremely reasonable; moving forward I will order from here if I need a suit!

I came across The Elegant Man when we needed to find a suit for my husband, and I am so glad that I did! Mike has an incredible eye for style and size. He immediately picked out several options, all of which looked fantastic. He also took the time to ensure the entire outfit was perfect, from the suit to shirt, tie, pocket square, and shoes. Even better, he had everything tailored so it fit my husband flawlessly.

We walked out with one suit and several shirts the first time, and then headed back the next time we needed an outfit for my 30th high school reunion. The outfit was not one my husband would have picked on his own, but Mike was spot on again! My husband was voted “Most Dapper Spouse” at the reunion (proud wife moment).

We returned for a wedding - it was a gay wedding in Palm Springs so we wanted my hubs to look extra stylish, and Mike delivered again! The combo of slim fit black jeans, white shirt, gray jacket, white pocket square, and white sneakers was {chef’s kiss}.

Our most recent visit was for a prom-themed birthday party. Mike managed to find a suit that is super stylish (think Tom Ford) but still giving an 80’s vibe. I’m in love with this outfit! We will be back for two upcoming weddings…and for pretty much any other wardrobe needs for my husband. I cannot recommend Mike and The Elegant Man highly enough!

The owner really knows what he's doing- friendly and fast. Wasn't sure what to wear for a wedding but he helped me try on different suits. Patient, but most importantly, sized me up perfectly because it's hard to find sizes as slim as mine! Very happy and will be coming back for my next suit!

If you are in the market for a suit for any ocassion, do yourself a favor and visit Mike at the Elegant Man store in El Cajon. I was introduced to Mike by a friend when I was looking for the picture suit to use in my wedding. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I looked my best that day. I received numerous compliments and felt like a million dollars on our special day. When you visit him, I would advise you go with patience as he runs the show. Multiple clients may be in the store at the same time and he will go from client to client in between conversations. There is an art form to what he does so be patent, it will be worth it. Thanks Mike
