Horrible Service, I come here all the time and was literally here 3 days ago and the same lady saw me when checking me out and when I came to return my outfit because it didn’t fit she refused. I still had the tags but no receipt and she refused to give even store credit, at this point it’s no wonder why people prefer online stores. Needless to say I will not be back even after years of coming here.

Horrible service. Has no return policy and you’re unable to use the fitting room. The owner is super unprofessional I was there last night and she was scolding one of the employees I front of the customers. I came by this morning and intended to buy some tops for an upcoming trip, wanted to try them on and I couldn’t use the fitting room last night or this morning cause the fitting room is kept closed. They open the store at 11 am and you can use the fitting rooms until 12 pm and they close at 8 pm and by 6:45 pm the fitting rooms are closed. It feels like they don’t want to sell. Keep away and spend your money where they have better return policy.

This location was absolutely disappointing. I had never felt more ignored in my entire existence. The staff said not a single word to me or my friend. When one employee was putting clothes back right next to me, she didn't even acknowledge my presence. We overlooked this and thought maybe it was just one employee having an off day, but we later discovered the entire staff was dull. When checking out, the cashier didn't greet either of us or engage in any type of typical human interaction. Left feeling unwanted and irritated at the terrible customer service standards. I work in retail and think this is the most important skill to have. Unacceptable.

I walked into the store 20 minutes before it closed and only wanted to try on two things. The girl working warned me that the dressing room would close soon so I walked straight back with my items and she closed the dressing room right in my face more than 15 minutes before the store closed. She was extremely rude and then laughed at me with her coworkers as I walked out. It was ridiculously immature and unprofessional. This employee should be fired immediately.

So this store isn’t allowing you to use the fitting room and they’re also not giving money back for returns. Only store credit which is ridiculous! You just lost a customer…stop being lazy & open up your fitting rooms like other stores are!

I have to agree with the other reviewers regarding the rude employees. When will people learn that treating your customers with disdain or like criminals is a quick way to lose business.
