The selection of stores and services provided at the Palmdale Marketplace is fantastic. Whatever you may need can be found here. With the addition of Five Below and Home goods, anyone from any budget can come here and leave with cool stuff. Plenty of parking makes trips here very easy. The downside of coming here is the constant begging. People with smart phones and decently dressed are always asking for cash. Just keep walking and never give these people a dime. The less people give, the less likely they are to come here and continue to bother people!

Years ago, I bought this cell phone from this same Best Buy. Along with this phone, I purchased a lifelong supply of screen protectors so when the current one gets old, I can just bring it in and they would replace it free. This plan worked well until this last time.
Apparently, their computers crashed or something, and they lost the purchase records of lots of clients, including mine.
Now I'm forced to rummage through years and years of receipts scattered everywhere in this house. Boxes of receipts, desk drawers, file cabinets.. It could be anywhere.

I feel like I'm being punished for something I didn't do.
I mean, I didn't erase those files. I'm not the one who didn't create a backup.
And yet, here I am.

It's just not fair.

This marketplace has new stores including a new Sprouts which is really nice. But the one store that needs the most updating is Best Buy and they refuse to update it apparently. It used to be a nice store but is so run down now and has seemed to become a budget electronics store but not with budget prices. The last few times I went in there for something that they said they had online they didn't actually have in store so I went and bought it at a different store and the place just feels dirty.
