The storage units are Clean and very well kept. Ben has some if the best customer service that I've ever experienced. In the very beginning he helped me find the best unit that fit my needs and at a price that was more than affordable. I started with a six month lease and recently renewed to a 1 year lease. I recommend Storage For Less to anyone looking for a great deal and friendly, reliable service.

Happy client for years. They provide you with initial mouse traps and stuff, but it IS in the desert. Expect to need to take your own measures to protect from mice during the more extreme months of the year.

This facility is decent as far as your basic storage facilities go. I have not had any problems with my unit or anything else since I first started renting a couple of months ago. I definitely recommend this place. Darlene is the onsite manager who is very professional and cares. She gave me a really good deal of 6 months with first month discount and last three months half off! They even let you use a truck when moving in! So far so good and I don't think you could get any better deals anywhere else!

Its a great place if all you need is a storage unit. I do not recommend them for RV storage. I stored my RV there for a year or two. As far as storage places go its nice. The staff was helpful and always pleasant. Where they fall short is service. They had a major break in and my trailer was looted. That in itself was not a big deal. My issue is that I found out a month after a police report was filed. They should have notified everybody that multiple units were broken into. I went to pick up my trailer prior to a trip and found it damaged. It was at that time they notified me that there was a break in a month prior. The facility is not secure, the cameras do not face the RVs per the Kern Sheriff.

My experience renting with them for over a year has been exceptional.
After having rented with numerous storage facilities in the past, this has been the best one by far! The onsite manager Darlene was immediately friendly and outgoing which established a great rapport. Choosing them for your storage needs will definitely meet your expectations, as it did for me.

Granted rules are rules, but being extremely rigid on your policies just makes me never come back. I was late by 1 day to get my fees prorated. Literally one day. Again, rules are rules but you can always make an exception. And I can always find a different storage unit in my future needs. (Been a customer for around a year)

I had to move due to caring for family member I had all my stuff removed and vacated my husband advised them of cancel and move out of unit. they stated I had to personally come and advise them. or they will charge me. I called them, emailed them texted. and they advised via voice message that I have to come in personally. This is not good customer service. They have rodants, roaches, ext.
