10 Stars if I could! I just picked up my ride because it was long due for a tune up and also had a slight bent front wheel. All I can say is great customer service from an awesome guy! Came in after stopping at Target and Walmart looking for bikes for myself and my son. No luck on finding a size that fit, and standard box stores just don't have many employees knowledgeable about bikes for individual riders and their needs. I came to Block Bikes and spoke with Rich--who even though he was busy with customers was courteous and helpful as soon as he was free from devoting his attention where it was needed in the moment (the person there before me).

He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and asked plenty of questions about what I would be doing with my bike and my goals so I had the right setup. He let me test ride a bike around the parking lot and gave helpful suggestions. When I purchased, he put in tire liners to make sure the goats heads out here in the desert wouldn't be an issue, and gave simplified instructions on how to r² my front tire and seat if I needed to remove or switch them out. I loved the experience so much that I recommended Block Bikes to a friend who came the next day and also purchased a bike.

I'd like to add that even though I came in also looking for a bike for my son, Rich was exceptionally honest with his feedback on what I was looking for for my 7 year old. He didn't pressure me into getting a bike that my son wouldn't get much riding out of, and my son got a cheaper bike from a box store after the fact. No car salesman tactics, just honest and genuine.

Rich is the best! He is always willing to take the time to help with questions and service. He gets it done. He goes above and beyond everytime. It shows he loves all things bikes. Would recommend any bike related service or needs see him 1st... Yes the price is a tiny bit more but well worth it.

I called this guy on the phone ? Asked him a simple question ? About bicycles ? He then hanged up the phone he was very unprofessional and discriminative also I will be charging him with public law 111-61 ? This guy is a nobody and he will never get any business from me either ? On another note it's against the law ? Your a nobody there is a lot more where this came from

This place is awesome. Running business by owner. I had bad experience from local franchise bike shop before. But this shop owner kept promise even phone call customer. My son really want this bike, hard to get this due to high demand. But finally I bought this from this store. It's worth 2 hours driving from my home. Thank you. Strongly recommend this shop!

Great customer service. I bought my bike from them about 8 years ago and haven’t rode it in about 3. Took it in for a front derailer adjustment new seat and pedals. Rich and his team made the adjustments replaced the seat and pedal all while I waited. Totally recommend this local bike bike shop.
