Very bad business bought new screen protector and case for brand new phone screen protector comes of two days laster take it back up their and they replace it 3 days later the other one doing the same thing and has three different broke spots in it and have not Ben able to youse the finger print unlock from the get go called up their agin he told me was not his fault he sale me another 50 % off that just bad business and cheap product if u want my opinion

My grandson's cell phone was run over by a truck. The screen and back of the phone was cracked. We took the phone in and they replaced the screen the same afternoon. They were super busy, but quickly took care of everyone. I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs. The store is in Cherry Valley Shopping Center. It's an old shopping center and the store front isn't sparkling, but if you need great service this is the place for you.

Customer service sucks since as the females left. I had an Iphone XR screen fixed and the password was tried so many times until IPHONE UNAVAILABLE was displayed. They didn’t even ask for the password, which we knew. Unfortunately, the phone had to be reset and the things that wasn’t backed up she lost. Yet they were so quick to suggest we purchase another Iphone.?

My aunt came from out of town. She brought her granddaughter's phone to have the screen fixed. The man was so nice. He could've charged her for something she didn't need. But he was an honest business man and he didn't take advantage of her. They were quick to do the repair. She had called another business and they wanted to send the phone off for a week to do what Beeper Express did in 20 minutes. Thank you for taking care of my aunt and not taking care taking advantage of her. She is going to send more business to y'all in the future.
