It was my first time I get vapes from them because they sell all kind the flavored vapes in San Diego. I got the deal for 2 vapes and they charge $43.95 that’s with tax and service fees which is illegal to charge service fees in California since July 2024 anyways one of them wasn’t working and I went back there to see if they can replace it for me but all what they said “we are sorry boss and we can give you 5% discount” I don’t need your discount just replace it and have a better customer service.
Will report this shady place for selling illegal flavored vapes when it’s banned in California.

Been going here for years. Always great people working, and they’re my go to for glass and anything else I may need in a pinch. They always find a way to help you out and overall great service. Got so many friends who exclusively go there now because it’s a gem. Never been to a smoke shop that impressed me enough to write a review so thank you guys for helping me out.

This store has an amazing selection. Just about any kind of attachment you can think of is available at this store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was less than 5 stars was the price. Some of the pieces were very reasonable. But some were just outragous. Great customer service from the counter person. Thanks for the change of scenery.

The light skin pretty boy wanna be dude working around 11pm on 2/27 was very rude. And his breath was awful. He threw my change at me for asking for a non-damaged product he tried to give me and had a conniption about it. I will be turning this place into my aunt who’s a ATF commissioner. This place won’t be here much longer.

i go here often to get my pieces and have never had an issue till today. i bought a nectar collector last night and didn’t get a chance to use it till a couple hours ago. when i heated it up i heard the glass cracking so i took off the heat and the tip broke off. so i call the store asking if i can bring it back cause there’s no reason why it should’ve broken so soon. the girl who answered had an attitude and when i asked to talk to a manager she hung up on me. i called back and the manager answered and said i can get a 10% discount on a new one. it’s ridiculous i shouldn’t have to buy another one because i was sold a faulty piece. and 10% off of $20 is a whopping $2. with the first employee being so rude then hanging up on me and wasting my money on something i didn’t even get to use im not gonna come back. i really liked coming here too.

Don't go here they sell you burnt vapes and then attempt to gaslight you into thinking they're fine, giving you no choice but to pay for a whole new one. They are also very notorious for selling to minors and I have personally watched multiple times, as I used to have underage friends that were regulars, and staff even bragged about not never checking anyones ID.

United Smoke and Vape shop is incredible, the employees Lulu, Gavin and Montana are angels. I have been coming to the shop for months, and every time I come in I am always greeted by the most professional, kind, helpful employees that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They make me feel like I'm their best friend while keeping it professional! ❤️ They always know exactly what they are talking about product wise, and will not recommend me a product that I will not benefit from just to make an extra buck! They genuinely care about their customers, and I feel like I am truly friends with them. I HIGHLY recommend this shop! They are incredible, every single employee, even the ones that aren't here currrently!
