I am writing a review in behalf of my cousin ROMEO F. who bought a 14k Yellow Gold ring with 2 carat diamonds. I can say it was a very straightforward and splendid experience buying jewelry from this establishment. The price was beyond reasonable and we commend Big Tony for giving us a enjoyable experience in trying out their jewelry and helping us find the perfect ring that my cousin bought. We also thank Ray for giving us the best possible price for the ring as we talked it over and thankful we were given a GOOD DEAL for this ring. We definitely will be coming back for more business with Granters Jewelry. A+++ customer service!

Poor service. They promised to get back to me and never did. Followed up and was promised a call back again. And nothing. Waste of time.

The young lady is friendly, but the older male adult is not.
He didn’t speak nor give eye contact upon entrance.
As the young lady was checking my item value, I started to leave, but it would of been rude to waste her time.
She asked him a couple of questions and when he assisted her, he still didn’t speak or give eye contact.
He said something to her and she offered me a price.
I had researched my item and its value online and knew what they offered me was less.
I thanked them and went to other pawn shops in the bay area the same day and next.
There are a lot of shops in the bay area.
Research your item(s) value online before trusting pawn shops integrity.

As always, a great experience at Granter's. I haven't been here in a few years and today I was helped by Sabreen who was awesome! They are the best in the area if you are looking to sell or get a loan. I have also had antique jewelry repaired there and it was quality work with a fair price.

Ratchet and unprofessional workers that think they know it all and obviously still have a lot to learn. Rude and ignorant customer service. If you want to get ripped off and treated with ignorance you must be desperate.. Good luck. Don't even go for an evaluation

Love estate jewelry and pawn shops and these guys are honest folks with fun quality things!

I live out of town but was visiting and dropped by for their bag authentication, and ended up walking out with some goodies too.

Abby, owner Vito and everyone was so pleasant to work with! While waiting I could see they treated all customers like family. Love Granters and will be back.

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced! From the moment I walked in to the very end, Vito (sp?) was friendly, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. I came in to see about the possibility of modifying an engagement ring. He gave me his undivided attention, provided the options, was totally transparent about what could/not be achieved and gave me a reasonable quote. The cherry on top was when he gave me jewelry cleaner as a wedding gift after I shared I was getting married in a few weeks 🙂 thank you, Vito!!
