A couple different other repair shops informed me that my screen is cheap and not real iPhone screen. Basically Alan uses cheap after market pieces. My phone got fixed Monday, it dropped softly Thursday, on carpet and my screen and SCREEN PROTECTOR both broke, Alan tried to make me pay $200 all over again.

Very worst service! I bought my laptop there. They charged me $60 just to do diagnostics. Per him, he will let me know within two days but he did not reach me out. After following up with him, he told me he is waiting for parts to deliver and fix it, just to let me know that he can’t fix it. It’s too much of work and time to fix. Basically, he wasted my time and money. Thanks for nothing.

Alan Gao is the Best when it comes to phone and electronics repair! I've been there twice and had great results both times.
The second more recent time I went there he was able to fix my cell phone fast, as soon as the parts that were needed came in. If he seems a little busy it's because he's good at what he does and everyone knows it. In fact, I was recommended to him by multiple friends that are very knowledgeable about cell phone repair. To me it seems like he gives all of his many repair jobs top attention to the details.
The first time I went there he was very honest and told me that 1st phone was beyond repairing, when other shops were saying they could do it but in the end they really were just lying to get money ("F@st-Repair"was the name of that mini chain RIP-OFF lying and stealing electronics repair stores.) When you put that all together you can easily see you're getting an honest and knowledgeable repair person to work on your broken electronics.
Don't mail your phone away to some location you can't trust. Come see Alan and get some food next door at one of the many restaurants in the area and he might even be able to fix your electronics or your phone while you wait.
