SCAM ALERT. Poor furniture quality. Lies about the product and stocks very poor quality. If you don’t know your material, you will almost certainly be cheated/lied. Worst customer service, BOB the owner has temper issues, I have noticed him yell and talk crazy to customers if they complained about the poor quality of his products and services. Although you’re promised of warranty, good luck trying to work with his guy. DON’T GET SCAMMED. Just go to trustable and reliable seller.

This place has the worst customer service. I ordered some couches from this place and when ordering I specifically pointed out I wanted dark grey couches. When my ordered was delivered I received light grey couches. I immediately messaged the owner Sandy about the color of the couches being different from what I ordered. She didn’t even try to help me figure out a solution or try to get the correct color of couches I wanted. She was being rude about the whole situation. Never buying from here again!!!!!!

Actually / No STAR. You know google wont let you post unless there's some star, but yes zero STAR not for the place but for an employee who is rude to their customer.

Worst customer service. Some employee need an anger management & customer service training. Look like they are bringing their personal problem at work & giving it back to customer by being rude. If you are the owner that need all this help. You really need some serious help dude.

Never visiting this place.

this place is horrible ... my husband and i purchased a bed set here and it broke with in 2 months. The bed frame broke and we notified them of it. They sent some one out and they did a horrible job of fixing it. The bed was horrible as well. the springs had no tention. one side of the bed was leaning. we called and complained about this they gave me a number where i was to xall and they would come fix the mattress. I called and they told me i was to bring the mattress in which was over an hr away. i will NEVER shop here again. worse experience shopping for furniture here.
