Scammers and unprofessional behavior. Did not clean the backside of my sofa cushions when I refused their upselling and did not watch their cleaning . Very slippery evasive selling. Ended up paying way more than they quoted on the phone, yet they cleaned only 1 side of cushions and throw pillow. Complained by phone and they said this was their “basic service “. Cleaner asked for a hug!

They were amazing. They were astonished to be able restore our carpets to their pre-roommate condition. They were able to get rid of most of the spots. We were amazed at the transformation of the rooms. The spots are not to be honest.
