Horrible experience! I ordered online and received the wrong item. When I called to ask if they could arrange for FedEx to pick it up since I work nights and can’t drop it off myself, they said no. On top of that, they left me on hold for an hour, only to hang up on me. I had to call back and go through the whole ordeal again.

This location received 2 stars because the manager (the woman in plain clothes) was horribly rude to the customers and the staff. I felt so bad for the employees. The rest of the staff were great. One young lady took the time to check stock at various locations for me. The plain clothes employee who was barking at everyone had no clue about her products. I asked about a certain mid top sneaker and she said "oh we dont have those!", she was standing right in front of them on display!! That lady needs to go imo. The way she was talking not only to staff but to customers was appalling. I ended up going to Bonita where it was a much more inviting environment.
To the employees who are not that plain clothes woman, you guys were nice, keep up the great work.

I walked in this store 15 mins ago an sat down next to the shoes I wanted to buy. Absolutely no one has come near me or asked if I needed help. An it’s not busy in here. They are just looking at me with dumb looks on their faces. Avoiding me is more like what’s going on here. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. I went there for an exchange, and here is DEBRRA with her nasty attitude, no greeting or smile from her. Which is fine, then she told me I have to get the same amount or higher of the what the shoes worth. I told her, ok im gonna get two pairs of shoes if I cant find the one at the same price or higher. Then every time I ask her for a pair shoes, she didn’t have the size im looking for. And kept repeating “ you have to get the same price or higher “ and I kept saying im getting two pairs. Until after 5 times. I had raise my voice, and told her to stop telling me that and fix your attitude. She then refuses to do the exchange. So I had to call the manager. And the manager made her do the exchange, but still had a nasty attitude. I just kept my mouth shut. Bc I just wanted to get out of there. I think the manager should had took over and checked me out, to avoid any more problems. That’s the right way to do business. This was my 2nd and last time there. And I just saw there’s about 20 reviews about how bad the customer service, and the attitude of the employees there. I hope no one gets fired, but they need a good meeting about customer service. I’m a business man, and customer service is a must.

Alexis from the plaza Bonita finish line sent me to the El cajon finish line to pick up my five and a half shoe. But the people working there were very rude had attitudes for whatever reason. All I know is that I am better than that so I continue to smile and continued my shopping. Instead I decided to write a really bad review about these kids in this store I hope they learn. I own my own business they work under somebody those types of attitudes should be tucked away and they should have better customers service.

Very bad customer service. Asked for a shoe if it was available and assistant manager Abraham said no. That the shoe is sold out. Once he finish saying no, the shoe was sold out two ladies that work there walk from the back with two boxes of the shoe that I was asking for they placed the boxes under the cash register. literally on the spot. I asked if those we’re available and they respond “no” rudely. The shoe that I was asking for is on high demand and I was told that is first come first serve. There are saving choose for themselves. People from footlocker are more chill. If could’ve it would be a 0 star
