This pharmacy DOES NOT have their things together. Firstly, got my prescription sent there. Went there to get it and it hadn't been filled was told it was "on hold" because they needed my insurance. No biggy but why wasn't i called to get that info. Had to wait another day, drove up there again for them not to have it. They asked for my info again and told me it should be filled by the next day. Called today and it was still not filled and got a text that they were out of stock. Which is fine but when I've been given the run around twice, haven't had my meds in 3-4 days because of it, and told they'd have it, then them NOT having it is extremely inconvenient. I'll just make the drive to Pell City for now.

This pharmacy sucks. They never answer the phone. I had to go all weekend without my very much needed pain meds. They filled my pain meds I called to see if they were ready and how much they were I called for hours no answer. Not to mention when I drop the prescription off, I sat there for over 10 minutes just standing at the counter. No one else is in the store, so are they not answering the phone all I can hear where people talking and laughing in the back. People need their medicines and they need them in a timely manner. If you’re in need of getting your prescriptions filled, I suggest you go somewhere else.

I have used them since moving here 9 years ago. I order refills online and pick up at the drive through. A pharmacist is always willing and able to assist with questions. I feel like most employees know me and they give my dog a treat, after asking permission. That is special!
