Brought my ski up there this past week needing some parts quickly and in a hurry. Old guy stopped what he was doing and took the time to look at my ski and get me back on the water the same day. His prices are more than fair and his work speaks for itself! I will definitely be taking my ski back to him in the future for all work and maintenance! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Terrible customer service. I went up there to find some parts for my ski and I was completely forgotten about when someone came looking to buy a ski. Owner cannot take a joke and is very rude. He looked at a part, told me how much it was and i dramatically said "55?!?" he then proceeds to ask me what my problem was and says he's not "giving me a part number because of the way i acted" Never going back there again. I recommend Advanced watercraft in Cropwell they are much better. I went on partzilla and the part was $18 before tax and shipping. All said and done i paid 26 dollars for something he wanted to charge me $55 for. You lost a repeat customer that lives just down the road. Thanks!

Not a good experience, installed several new parts including engine assembly, starter, battery, rebuilt carburetors (twice), also charged $300 over the estimate without notifying first, it's been back to there shop five or six times now and still isn't right nearly $4,000 into the jet ski and still haven't ridden it more than 15 minutes before it quits running and is stranded in the lake. I removed the seat just to find missing bolts, washers, and bolts that are only finger tight. Can't seem to get anyone to work with me on it just keep getting told its ready for pick up just to find out that its not ready when i attempt to ride it.

Do not take it to this place took before summer season 1500 later got home put in water did not work lost the first holiday of summer. . Took it back now July 4 need a part again 2000 more lost this holiday week . What a waist of my time what is so bad was told not to take to this place .Ok did not know I was not telling the truth so I went back to invoice . He is right not 1500 1468.23 and yes it was 3 months later because it did not get in water until end of may . Also new part was 1500 +tax 150.00 and labor 400 total is 2150.00 is what I was told

Very easy to work with and jumped right on it so we could ride over the weekend. I will be taking all of our skis to them for needed repairs and winterization.
