We were excited to try out the new Raleys One store. It was very clean and well organized. Love the salad bar, coffee bar and sandwich station for a nice fresh meal.

Selection seemed to be good, even if some of your old stand bus aren’t there. Just means they weren’t good for you anyway.

It’s a nice store, but found it a bit pricey compared to Safeway.

It's a nice large well stocked example of Raleys. I tend to just pop in for some deli food. They have a Chinese food bar, and lots of spices.

Hit or miss customer service. The checkout clerks at the checkout stands are consistently friendly. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the employees that monitor self checkout. I was actually yelled at today for not scanning my items correctly. I scanned an item and the scanner beeped like it does when something is scanned but nothing was showing on the screen. The girl monitoring the scanners starts yelling at me that I was not scanning correctly and that the scanner isn't on the piece of glass you slide the item over, it's on the side. I wasn't sure what she meant so she comes over pulls the item out of my hand and scans it and very condescendingly says "like that". She then takes another item scans it and again says "like that". Then she just walked off. She came back a minute later as I was leaving I looked at her to give her the chance to say "have a nice day" and redeem herself a little bit but she couldn't even do that. There's also another woman who monitors the self checkout's and she won't acknowledge anyone either. But the woman today was the worst I've ever encountered.

If I could give zero stars I would. The bakery failed my grandson and my guest. The cake had way to much frosting, hardly to no custard that was spread thinner than paper. The custard that was there was only spread to the middle of the cake, the rear was frosting and not good for an5 year old. We will not be coming back for any cake that is made at the bakery. It's a shame that ppl pay good money for a cake and be disappointed when it's cut and ita basically a small cake with lots of frosting. If I wanted frosting I would have bought frosting. I understand saving money but this is paid for and isn't free. The bakery needs to do better. If I was a mystery shopper their score would ha e been a fail for sure. DO BETTER!!!

I recall several years back when this Raley’s grocery store was converted into a Raleys O-N-E Market. They took alot of flak initially for that. But they seem to listen to the constructive feedback and brought back certain good brands and items which are popular and price competitive though not necessarily “nutritional”. So fast forward to present day, it seems like an average grocery store versus a health food version of the Raley’s chain grocery store.

The grocery store is clean, modern, and well organized. Staff are approachable and helpful. Points of interest: they have a pharmacy, floral counter, sandwich counter (you can order custom made sandwiches) , deli counter (order deli food or sliced cheese and deli meats), self serve salad and soup bar, coffee and smoothie bar, wine counter (which is open certain hours), and an indoor lounge area where you can sit a spell and eat your purchased food and drink items.

The parking lot has two brands of EV chargers. Tesla and EV Go. The Tesla chargers are at the north end of the lot under shade trees.
