I would like to let consumers know that Northgate markets advertise their pricing in the produce department as displayed in pounds (lbs., also reflected on receipt) however, when you get to the cash register-the pricing is very different and reflects much higher. This is because per the front end manager- he told me their scales are set in kilos. This is very deceptive and I will be reporting this to the proper government authorities. El Monte location.

We had a bad experience paying our rosca de Reyes today. I bought the rosca with guava and cheeses filling . When we cut it , there was no filling inside. My kids were so disappointed .

Great market in the area. All goods are available . Money transfer place is inside. ATM is inside . Medicines are available . Bill pay is available . Great Mexican style market. Horchata , Rose water, Chicken , Alcohol, Restaurant inside , Bakery inside, Vegetables. A lot at one place.

I went to the hot food kitchen area to buy a rotisserie chicken and some potato wedges,I was tended too by an employee named Daisy let me just say she was very angry the whole time , asking "What do you want" giving me attitude and dirty looks the whole time ,does Northgate management not care about their costumers ? Why do they allow such angry employees with that kind of attitude to work their kitchen area and on top of that,when I got home there was a big long hair inside my wedges and I know it was hers because she kept scratching her head while managing the food , terrible experience overall,very bad service (and disgusting too).

I was harassed twice by a certain employee named "Thomas" for parking an isle over infront of donut galore while eating the taco bell I purchased in the same plaza. He informed me I was over my time limit and the parking lot was closed and instructed me to leave the premises or he will call the police on me. He wouldn't give me his name, I acquired it through one of his co workers. He insisted on me leaving the premises twice while I was eating my taco bell.

The produce is okay, not great, and is probably the only area where Northgate doesn't price gouge the customer. I can't believe this place overpriced a lot of their items. My advice is to go to Northgate if it's an emergency, If you do have the time, get your produce at Sprouts at a better price, or Smart and Final for eggs, milk, cans etc.

Probably of over heat and raw meat is full of skin and sometimes it even stink.
