Came across this location at the Quinceañera Expo & Fashion Show | Ontario. All the ladies working here are extremely friendly and helpful. Made my daughter feel heard. She can def say her dress is one of a kind. Everything is super affordable. I will definitely be recommending this location.

I would not recommend this place to any one. First, the dress we ordered was supposed to be ivory and looks white. The employees continued saying the color is white but is not trying to convince me but there is a difference. I spoke with the owner Alicia and she was so RUDE. How can she treat customers like that. We ordered from a catalog thinking we are getting the color and dress we want. Our mistake was we paid everything in advanced and no refunds. We even bought the shoes and crown ivory color and don't match with the dress. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The prices were not even that great. Ordering online is cheaper for me if I have the opportunity to return the item if it is wrong.

I give this place two stars only because the employees (Edith and janette) are very kind and helpful but the owner of this place Alicia is a horrible person she thinks it’s okay to yell and mistreat her employees for simple mistakes. She’s a two face. She will try hard to smile and act nice but once u leave her store she will start saying stuff about how you can’t afford your dresses.
Definitely don’t recommend this place.

I would NOT recommend this place ever!! The owner Alicia is rude not only to customers but to her employees as well!! I had an interview and as I was walking in I saw her throwing a shoe at her employee?!?! I later found out she HATES people with tattoos and is even more rude to them.
Don't support someone who discriminates people and treats them like they are nothing...

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible experience with them would never ever be coming back here and telling people to not come here either. We ordered a dress S for a dama and the lady ordered all the dresses XS, we asked if there was anything we could do because it just does not fit. She said they only carried that dress in XS after it was already here. Like what? why would they order a XS when we asked for a S. Then I tried it on and it was very tight, can’t even breath at first she said “we can alter it if we need to” did she do that? no she simply said we can’t do anything about it. Owner is an absolute liar saying she’ll alter it and change it but she did not. Only reason we took it is because the quince is in a week otherwise we wouldn’t have. Absolutely horrible service.

The worst service ever. I bought my sons suit and they gave me the wrong size. Me trusting that they arw doing their job giving my mother the right size. Then i call and i get disrespected. I totally suggest you dont buy from this store. To bad my family invested so much money with them.

This lady is shady we ordered the $850 package and even added some additional things to what we were ordering by paying extra for it and when we would pick up the items and ask her what happened to what we asked for she would tell us that wasn’t what we paid for and would have to pay even more the stuff came out beautiful but I would not order anything else from her because she doesn’t note things properly to give the customer what they paid and asked for
