Worst possible online service. Ordered shoes Saturday for pickup same day. Didn't get notified until Wednesday that all shoes were unavailable. Store never answered the phone so I could get some answers. Very bad experience. I wouldn't shop here if they don't value all their customers.

I went in today to do a return. Richard, helped me. First I called to see if I could do the return since it was purchased at a different locacation. Richard answered and told me yes. When I arrived he greeted me and processed the refund quickly.
