I had a great experience here. The ladies were very friendly and were able to do alterations for my dress that same day (it was a simple black dress that only needed a hem but still, most places still make you wait several days and even weeks for plain dresses). I like that the price of alterations is included and the dresses are reasonably priced to begin with. They had a pretty decent collection in store, even more options than what you see on display and of course they can order more.

Went in with my mom to look for a dress. We had to order from the catalog and the lady who helped us asked that we put down a deposit and if we ended up not liking them then it's no problem and she'll gives us our deposit back. She said she will give our deposit back multiple times if we don't like the dresses. My mom picked 2 dresses and the company didn't have them available so they sent a dress we never chose. My mom didn't like the dress and asked for our deposit back. She said that we can't get our deposit back. They don't allow it she said. We trusted this store and got our money stolen. If I can give this zero stars I would. People will lie for a sale. Don't shop here.

Do not go to this shop went over the weekend and had to pay off the remaining balance of my account went to pay with my boyfriend card wasn’t working due to their card reader not reading the chip tried doing it two three times and it didn’t go through then went to to try my card twice and same thing wasn’t working then my sister card went through the second time. Yet It still charge my boyfriends account three times and same with me 2 times called the shop to inform them on what’s going on since they charge us in total of 5 times and someone who I didn’t get the name of stated that they can’t help us until next Monday since Carmen is not there which she is the manger so I have to wait time next money also have to dispute with my bank for this man never trust this shop
