Went in with very little knowledge for a holiday/going away present for my cigar enthusiast manager. CJ was extremely helpful and considerate of my budget, worked off the vague information I knew of my manger’s taste, and provided me with multiple options that would work. He loved the gift! He was very excited at the exclusivity of some of the cigars and shocked at how well I did procuring them not knowing cigars (all thanks to CJ!). Would definitely recommend!

I went to CJs for some cigars for a Christmas party and I wanted to treat my team members with a cigar they all could enjoy I told CJ that I had all walks ie vapers, chewers, cig smokers and other kinds of smoke. What CJ recommended worked beautifully from presentation, price and the style of social occasion for instance, you don’t want to steal 20 of the party guests and drag them outside in the brisk air for too long. Definitely recommend.

CJ's is absolutely one of the best cigar ships I've been too. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and a great selection. CJ supplied the cigars for my wedding, and received a 10/10 from all the guests on the selection. Love the conversation, service (including the torch lighter refills), and of course the outstanding cigars. Highly recommend.

I purchased a cigar as a gift for my father-in-law and wasn't sure what to choose, but Cj was very helpful and knowledgeable, assisting me in selecting the perfect one, the Padron Cigar Anniversary Series. The shop had a wide variety of cigars and a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

CJ was great! I went in and told her I'm new to cigars and want to get more into smoking them. She took time to explain some basics and what to look for in cigars. She showed me around the humidor and all the different cigars. She also got me started with two cigars, a lighter, and cutter. She could have had me spend serious money on an expensive lighter and cutter, but insisted on getting a budget friendly one until I could decide if smoking cigars was for me. I highly recommend CJ's for friendly customer service and a great variety of cigars, I will be going back! Thanks CJ!

Nice place, but I was disappointed today to be treated lika a child. I was not trusted to be in the humador without adult supervision, because I might steal something (I'm in my 50's BTW). Then when I tried to pick up a cigar to see it better, I was reprimanded, "if you touch it, you bought it!"

Really!? How absolutely insulting.

I was told that some people squeeze the cigars and damage them. OK, that's not right obviously, but lightly "pinching" a cigar to tell if it's dried out is a thing. Google it.

Also, you can't even see many of the cigars because the lower shelves are too close together. Grabbing a cigar (if its in cellophane) to closer inspect the wrapper and the overall construction IS 100% PART OF THE EXPERIENCE! How do you not know this?!

Anyways, after spending countless hundreds of dollars here over the last couple of years, this experience has really turned me off to CJ's. If I can't inspect the merchandise and am not trusted alone around it, why shouldn't I just buy online for a fraction of the cost?

I can't think of any other cigar shops I've been to that operate in this fashion.
