I felt that the gentleman helping us was not very sincere, I felt he was more interested in selling us something. And by the way we bought 4 pairs of shoes the day we were there that amount was approximately $700.00. I will not return there. They told us to increase the shoe size, explaining it would provide more comfort. Idk my shoe is very loose all the way around. The female working there was also helping us, she was very very new so I can't complain but honestly I didn't value her recommendation either. Good luck gold country run and sports.

Absolutely above and beyond. I went to buy some new running shoes and I got my feet 3-D scanned and learned that I had high arches. We talked about what I could do for all of my other shoes.

But how they went above and beyond is, I wanted to buy no tie laces and they literally put them in my new shoes as we talked. It would probably take me like a half hour or more to figure it out, but they got it pretty quickly, and I truly appreciate it.

I just want to say, whoever does the hiring for this place does such an amazing job! The staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met and help answer any questions that I have about running and shoes, etc. Went in there today to see if the store had a charger for my Garmin, and they didn't have the charger to sell but an employee offered me one he found for no charge and after such a long day, it made me so happy! Some of the best people in business in this area.

Today was my first time checking this store out and Rebecca assisted me in finding a Good supportive gym shoe with inserts to go along with! She was very patient and attentive to my needs and she did a great join going over my scan with me (as I had never gotten this done before). It was nice to learn where the pressure lies in my feet and what sort of arch support I need. Thanks again for your help Rebecca! Love my new Hokas!

Went in to buy my daughter a pair of shoes. Evidently, she forgot the importance of good shoes to run or walk in because she was wearing cute, impractical shoes on our walk. lol! Her feet were killing her! I told her about hokas.
We walk in, and of course, we get great service. Always do! The young man was very helpful. There's also a young lady in there who's always so friendly and very helpful. We got her shoes, and our 5 mile walks are now a breeze.
