These guys were great. Ultimately we didn't wind up buying one of their tubs, but their knowledge and technical know-how really helped us understand what we wanted. The staff member who helped us, Dallas, was not the least bit pushy and made it clear that his goal was to help us in any capacity that we needed. Overall great experience at SHT&PS!

These folks stand by their product. Bought a DimensionOne Diplomat from them during COVID. Very consultative on helping me select the right model based on my needs. In the last 2 years, they have helped with some basic diagnostics as well as doing service under warranty at my very remote house nearly 2 hours away from Santa Rosa. They care about their customers and build long term trust through treating people well. Good old fashion service is worth a ton these days...they deliver it.

My mom is in the market for a new hot tub and we had an appointment with Jason today. And while Sonoma Hot Tubs does indeed have the top of the line spas, his custom service were what made us chose to purchase from this business. His kindness, knowledge, patience and integrity made what could have been a stressful experience (making a big purchase) absolutely effortless. He spent over an hour with us answering a million questions and talking through options, never putting any pressure on my elderly mom or rushing us. Jason is such a gem and this business is beyond lucky to have him as an employee.

I purchased my hot tub from Sonoma Hot Tubs in 2017. I love the worry free maintenance option of having them come annually to thoroughly clean my hot tub, and I also purchase all my filters and water additives from them on line, which are promptly shipped. While I could do business with a vendor who is closer to me, this company has superior customer service. A real person always answers the phone and knows your account. Would not do business with anyone else. Highly recommend

Our experience of buying from Sonoma Hot Tubs has been positive all the way through from walking into the showroom to have our tub delivered and set up. The staff were all great at every stage of the way, and we couldn't be more pleased with the product. I'd highly recommend them.
UPDATE: after 3 yrs we needed a part serviced and updated. Again we received excellent service and are very happy with Sonoma hot tubs!

Sonoma Hot Tub is the best! After some comparison shopping, we determined Sonoma Hot Tub offers the best quality and value and decided to go with it. Bree is a very helpful throughout the process. Owner Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and technically hands-on. With the team's help, the hot tub was delivered on time, set up and ready for us to enjoy. The jets are strong and quiet. The interior and exterior quality are top notch. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer service. 5 stars on everything.

So we are first time hot tub owners, we took delivery in May 2021 and we have no joke been in our tub 5 out 7 nights a week, we absolutely LOVE IT. Even are 19 year old son and 21 year old daughter join us regularly which surprisingly gives us an opportunity to connect without cell phone or TV interference, a good family medium we did not expect. As far as Sonoma Hot tubs, nothing but high praise. 1st we thought if we bought in Sonoma it would be more expensive, as everything else is!!! We shopped around and know we received a very competitive price. 2nd, the installation and service after has been EXCELLENT. I really feel like they care about us and want us to enjoy trouble free hot tub for years. So honestly, a great experience. My wife even said just the other day that this is the best purchase we have made in years! 5 stars!

We had wanted a hot tub for years, and finally decided to pull the trigger. We considered two other retailers in the north bay, being penny foolish and trying to save a couple hundred bucks. Then we thought to ourselves: if something does go wrong, how willing is another vendor going to be to send their technician out on a 40 minute drive? Then I started reading some of the service reviews of these places and it was a nightmare. The decision was then easy. More importantly, not only were we happier to support A local vendor, but our experience has been superlative. Sonoma hot tubs has been professional, responsive, and highly focused on making the whole experience awesome, from purchase, to install, to maintenance. For anyone considering a hot tub in the Sonoma area, I would highly recommend them, and I would also encourage you to read other reviews, Not only the positive ones for Sonoma hot tubs, but some of the negative ones from the other guys, And ask yourself which experience you would prefer to have.
