Stopped by for quick bite, food was good and service was wonderful. A bit pricey. Ambient of the restaurant was ok, we were sitting at the kitchen windows side, not much decor at all. Indeed it's kinda out of place with "curtain" ro coverthe kitchen window.

Had the seafood linguine. The seafood was nice but the pasta was overcooked.. and the sauce was lacking flavours. The service was very interrupting which I found odd as it was not even busy when we visited.

We had a one night stop over in Sonoma! We decided on a quick glass of wine and small snack and wandered into the Plaza Bistro. The owner Martin was serving at the bar. He gave us an awesome suggestion of where to stay and other local places to visit. He invited us back for a special he was offering of prime rib later that day. We visited other areas in town and went back later that evening. We were served up a delicious prime rib and more importantly, a very fun evening. We met some local folks and had a night of fun and laughter. If you are looking for a fun place with a local feel, good food, and a beautiful atmosphere you must visit the Plaza Bistro. Martin, Robin and Steve you all are awesome! You made our evening one to remember!

This place was on the way home, and I have to say this is a place to visit. Amazing food, elegant feel. Alexandria took care of us and kept up to our demands. Each plate was delicately put together, making each bite so appetizing. The teramasu was a definite hit and had to buy two. Definitely would return and ask for Alexandria.

We had 5 star service tonight. Amazing food. Incredible service .We will recommend to our friends and family. We mentioned on Open Table it was our anniversary 1 and this restaurant delivered by surprising us with dessert. Waiter was fabulous. Visited from Toronto Nov 8. We had reservations for 7pm but they kindly took us early just after 5pm. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Outstanding waiter.

Not a great experience. We came in just before the lunch rush, got our order taken and then waited 50+ mins for food. The annoying thing was that at least a half dozen tables that arrived well after us were served 10-20 min’s before us, so the service was bad and they likely lost our order. When the food finally came we asked for our check and the waitress never took our payment so we could leave, which we had a reservation for a wine tasting that we were late for and had to eat what we could. No one apologized, everyone was whispering and looking at our table like we did something wrong- a really terrible feeling and let me also say, we did not complain or ask for anything (lesson learned maybe). The waitress passed our table 3 times so I had to take my check to the owner/manger and asked to be cashed out so we could leave. He was completely uninterested in our experience or why I had to leave the table just to pay the bill. Again, we did not complain, the food was (hard to tell because we had to eat quickly) but I would not recommend this eatery. Plenty of other places to eat there that wouldn’t treat you like this and finish this poorly. When you think of bad service that just keeps getting worse , think of this place and move on, IMHO.

Small place with inattentive staff. Took forever to get our drinks, even longer to get our food, which came more than a while apart from each of us. Then the kept pushing drinks and dessert while taking forever to bring the check. Needless to say, won't be going back and won't be recommending
