A great dive bar, the floors slope to the left when you walk in, but a great institution for anyone on the trek for great dive bars of California and other planets! Alice was a delight...kudos to her! We got hugs when we left the place. The popcorn was excellent. We met Shane, the other bartender on our way out.

My experience at el verono inn was overall positive .... until Shane. We enjoyed music, dancing, kinship with other bar patrons, until Shane decided to arbitrarily verbally attack my friend.

Lots of good people here but Shane was a total douche.

Definitely a remnant of old Sonoma on the “springs-side” of town. Very, Low-key, rustic charm, with an eclectic ambiance that is obviously a local dive. Live music on weekends. The place has a relaxing outdoor patio in back.

Very hostile staff would not serve my partner and I as we were travelling from the UK to visit Sonoma. Would not accept a foreign driver’s license as ID. She was very disrespectful and discriminatory. Not sure why she would refuse a group of five in a nearly empty bar.

Old place, and awesome place with cold beer and strong drinks. They have a pool table. Mainly locals. the place to have a cold beer (more drinks) and a game of pool in town. I am addicted to pool table. Everyone is nice and friendly. Its a classic place for hangout. And of course i got chance to meet owner. He is a nice and friendly. If you are searching for hangout with classic place and drinks, this is a best place. 🎱🥢

The perfect dive bar. There's 1 pool table, some free popcorn, and cheap drinks. There's live music on Sundays, and a big outdoor smoking section, dogs are welcome. The bartenders are always nice and when they're not too busy, they may even chit chat. Love this place with all my heart, best bar in El verano/sonoma
