Absolute top notch business! My wife and I showed up without an appointment and was immediately assisted by Austin Ferreira. We were shopping for a new fireplace insert for our residence. Austin gave us a thorough explanation of the types of inserts and made a recommendation that perfectly fit the bill for our needs. The whole process was flawless! Well anytime I walk into a store and I get greeted by friendly beautiful loving dogs that's a plus for me. I was taking care of today in my search for an insert for my fireplace. I loved the way that the estimate could show an actual picture of the insert. I was able to take that home and show my husband. I will definitely keep best store in mind when I purchase my insert. The estimate was very competitive.

We were shopping for a gas fireplace that would supplement our winter heating and look good. I saw that Villa Terrazza was carrying the line and models we liked, so I gave them a try, and am I glad we did.

The owner, Mike, spent a great deal of his time helping us choose and size the model that was right for our house and room. He clearly knows his products inside and out, and has a great eye for what can work where.

When it came time to install, he had his crew there right on time. It was not a turnkey install; gas had to be run, holes drilled, vents installed---the works. Everything went smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Mike came by to inspect during and after the install, which again I considered above and beyond what his competitors would or could have done.

We were and are very pleased with product, but are happier still that we met Villa Terrazza. Quality and service all the way.

Great experience buying a fireplace. Tony knew his products inside and out and even came to the house to make sure it was a good fit and we had the proper connections. The extra care really paid off. I have a beautiful insert for my fireplace and my always-cold room is now warm, toasty and pleasant.
