No sirven para nada , they are one of the worst they keep bugging after purchasing my vehicle constantly everyday , also texting , no financien con ellos , i got my car repossessed after 2 weeks of having it and they wont give me my $3500 back , lets see what the court says , also dont purchase from golden state liquidators in oxnard they are one of the worst they are thirsty for money , ready to take it and lie on the credit application to get the sell the sale man followed me to my bank and back and kept telling me how much to take out in cash , desperate people , and nothing but useless cars from auctions , they fail to provide proper documentation when servicing your vehicle, they state it is confidential and cannot provide receipts , By law you have to provide , and i will do what it takes to make a big negative impact on both parties , left me stranded at work when repossessing my car not even 15minutes after parking , camera footage nothing but the worst….

Edited on 2/18/25 ohh yeah khrys r, like you don't remember me your sales older gentleman goes by clemente who both him and you sold me the 2014 blue chevy sonic , who’d came with problems 2 weeks later cylinder 3 miss fire and a broken headlight bulb which yall Mickey moused and fixed quick, then i traded the car for the 2009 silverado 1500 v8 extended cab and you guys took it from me at my job 2 weeks later because supposedly you guys couldn’t prove my income if i wasnt able to pay the damm car then why did i go apply and get accepted with your sales man clemente telling me to put down 1 year on the credit application that way i would get accepted knowing i had barley started working at the location. You guys are bad man thats why yall been closed ever since with hardly no cars your business has gone bad but thats karma , taking my $3500 hard worked money from me ane not giving it back and now yall just simply removed all my info on your end but dont forget i still have the paperworks contracts in case yall try anything dirty on me i have pictures and the check confirmation regards how much i gave down , after the repossession no paper work was sent to me nothing at all now you guys are simply moving along forgetting the scam yall puller against me , but if you guys try something against my end you all will have to face that in court and i will show all this and the rest or the negative reviews so get back to me and refund me take the $700 for cancellation fee if you want just give me the rest you know who i am Last name Jaimes not that hard khrys .

Went there last year… definitely over paid for my truck but it’s alright because I love it. EVEN THOUGH it came with problems. The most janky fixes that my husband had to fix. Luckily my husband is a mechanic. There’s no way they actually inspect their cars.

On another note… just went in there today to check out another truck & the older lady in there was rude as hell. Treated us like we weren’t serious or didn’t have money. I will never buy another vehicle from there. Work on your customer service & do better at inspecting your vehicles. There definitely shouldn’t be drywall screws holding anything together 👌🏽

We bought a car from this dealership thinking that we where getting a good car for my husband to be able to use for work he didn’t even have 2 months with this vehicle when it broke down on him and to top it off they the dealership don’t even want to help him out and most likely they knew that this car had issues. Don’t buy from this dealership false advertising especially how they do their business.

I got a 2012 Dodge journey last year. It blew up on side of road. I'm with a company that gives Golden State a paletera of business. I called them today n told them of my issues. Asked for another vehicle or mine fixed and the total tacked onto my loan. I also told them I have a car payment in 3 days. It's Friday. They were supposed to. Call back. Nothing yet!! That was 4 hours ago. This is no way to run an establishment nor treat a customer that brings thousands of dollars to ur establishment monthly. I do know word of mouth can kill a company. I will continue to write reviews as well as my affiliates until I hear back.

I would like to take the time and say THANK YOU to Golden State for helping me get into a vehicle. I’ve been looking around for a while to purchase a vehicle and they welcomed me with open arms and did not pressure me into anything I did not like. I finally found a car here that I like a can afford. To top it off I was offered a service contract for 2 years.
